Refund Policy:
Event registrations will be fully refunded if cancelled seven days or more before the event begins. If an event registration is cancelled within seven days of the event start date, no refund will be issued. If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will be transferred to the rescheduled event or may be fully refunded. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be fully refunded.
Exceptions
TMC understands that unforeseen events, including but not limited to COVID-19, other serious illnesses, natural disasters, and inclement weather, may occur that would prevent attendance at a registered event. In such cases, TMC may offer an exception to our refund policy with written request to a TMC staff member.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method when possible. Please allow seven days for the refund to be reflected in your account. When it is not possible to refund the original payment method, a check will be mailed to you within seven days after approval.
