Jim Park
CEO & Founder Jim provides day-to-day oversight of TMC’s business initiatives and works closely with TMC’s Board of Directors to ensure that the company achieves its annual and long-term goals. With nearly 30 years in the housing and mortgage banking field, Park has held various positions in the corporate sector, started several businesses, worked in federal and local governments, and helped to launch a number of prominent nonprofit organizations. Over the years, Park has served on various corporate, government and nonprofit boards, including chairing the last Federal Reserve’s Consumer Advisory Board along with past Federal Reserve Chair Ben Bernanke.

David G. Kittle, CMB
President, Vice Chair & Founder David began his mortgage-banking career in 1978 with American Fletcher Mortgage Company and built a stellar career in the mortgage banking business over the years. Kittle is past president of the Louisville and Kentucky Mortgage Bankers Associations. He is past chairman of MBA’s political action committee, MORPAC and former vice chairman of MBA’s Residential Board of Governors. He served on MBA’s Board of Directors from 2004 through 2010. Kittle is past chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association in Washington, DC, completing his term in October of 2009. He testified fourteen times before Congress and led the industry during its most tumultuous period. David received his CMB designation in 2004.

John Robbins, CMB
Chairman & Founder John is a longtime leader in the American mortgage banking industry. He founded and operated several national companies over the course of his 35+ year career, selling two of them to large banking corporations. He served as the chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2006-2007, leading the organization during one of the industry’s most tumultuous eras, and continues to be active in MBA. He started in the industry as a loan officer and has remained in the business over his entire career.

Gary Acosta
Treasurer & Founder Gary Acosta is the co-founder and CEO of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and a 25-year veteran of the real estate industry. He has owned and operated several successful mortgage-banking companies over the years. He currently serves on the consumer advisory board of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), is a three time national director of the Mortgage Bankers Association and was the 2013 recipient of the MBA's Investing of Communities award.

Rich Swerbinsky
Chief Operating Officer In his role with The Mortgage Collaborative, Rich is responsible for the daily oversight of TMC's ongoing operations, procedures, Lender Member experience, and the culture of the network. Rich maintains continued oversight of the cooperative's national sales efforts and strategic alliances.

Jennifer Peachman
Vice President, Member Engagement In her role with The Mortgage Collaborative, Jen leads the charge in member engagement and supports member recruitment efforts. In addition to managing the relationships with our national network of Lender Members, she manages our educational & networking platform, facilitating educational webinars and training opportunities, Lender Member networking calls, Collaboration Labs and in-person networking events. Jen strives to create greater connectivity between our Lender Members and Preferred Partners.

Tom Gallucci
Vice President, Business Development In his role with The Mortgage Collaborative, Tom manages our preferred partner network, and leads the charge in prospecting potential additions to TMC’s preferred partner network. Tom also facilitates all of the monthly reporting that tracks the engagement between our lender members and preferred partners. Tom strives to create enhanced visibility for our preferred partners through TMC based engagements and strategic initiatives.

Jason Madiedo
Alterra Home Loans Jason Madiedo serves as immediate past president of NAHREP. Mr. Madiedo is the CEO of Alterra Home Loans, the largest one hundred percent Hispanic owned mortgage company in the nation with over 200 employees and over 3,000 closings per year. Prior to Alterra, Mr. Madiedo began his career in the mortgage industry over 20 years ago as a successful loan originator and mortgage broker. He is very passionate about assisting underserved market consumers who have worked hard to achieve the American Dream. He resides in Las Vegas with his wife Veronica and two children.

Steven A. Milner
US Mortgage Corporation Steven A. Milner founded US Mortgage Corporation on February 17th 1994. As Founder and CEO, Mr. Milner oversees the day to day operations of each division of the company. With over 38 years of Mortgage Banking experience, Steven has the distinction of holding 51 individual Mortgage Loan Originator licenses and continues to originate Mortgage loans himself. To date, Steven has originated close to $5 billion in Mortgage Loans. Mr. Milner holds a Masters Degree in Education from SUNY Stony Brook and a PhD in Mathematics and School Supervision from C.W. Post of Long Island University. US Mortgage Corporation, headquartered in Melville, New York, has over 300 employees and 33 Branches nationwide and conducts business in 48 states and Washington D.C.

Greg Grojean
Home State Bank Greg Grojean is a 35+ year veteran of the mortgage industry. For the past 20 years, he has been with Home State Bank in Crystal Lake Illinois; where he serves as President of the mortgage division and member of the bank’s executive management team. He has full responsibility for the bank’s residential mortgage division, which includes all residential mortgage origination, operations and servicing functions. In addition, Greg has significant consumer lending, commercial lending and equipment lease financing experience. He is a graduate of Bradley University, and earned his MBA from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Greg has served as a member of various boards, including the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association.

Julie Piepho
Milestone Leadership Consulting Julie Piepho, CMB, is the President and CEO of Milestone Leadership Consulting. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and holds the prestigious Master Certified Mortgage Banker designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.Julie has over four decades of experience in the mortgage industry including executive positions with Norwest Mortgage and Wells Fargo Mortgage, along with managing several Colorado mortgage bank divisions while coaching and leading sales and operations teams.
